SHIPPING & LOGISTICS POLICY

For orders we use logistical freight forwarders to dispense via MexPost, U.S.P.S., FedEx, DHL & SICAMSA commercial shippers. All pharmaceutical orders are processed and delivered to freight forwarders offices/warehouses within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation. Presccriptions, Import Permits or licensed documents may be requested.

If product is a Biological or Injectable item which must be cold-chain/temp controlled. We'll take a few more days to arrange for registered cold-chain shipping carrier. (SICAMSA, DHL OR FEDEX)

Most orders arrive within 3 to 9 business days from the time consignment dispensed by our warehouse shipping agents.  Most orders are issued an AirWayBill or tracking number which allows you to monitor delivery. 

Specific pharmaceutical items shipped into USA & UK may require copy of import permit from local health agency or medical prescription from licensed physician. In addition a copy of your Passport may be requested for shipping. We ship to virtually any global destination, unless noted restrictions on product. When you place an order we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on availability and shipping options.

Shipping rates for items are weight or volume-based. The weight will be informed when products packed. 
If shipped package is delayed, lost or stolen we have the right to replace this at our own expense and will ensure you receive the 2nd shipment or issue a credit/refund.
