Returns - Refunds
REFUND POLICY
1. All sales are final, except in the case where your order was not received, arrived damage and you provide proof of this or on the occassion that your order is not approved by the Physicians Network for a local dispensing prescription. Otherwise no refunds are permitted as we cannot restock sold or dispensed pharmaceuticals per health laws.
2. All refunds are at the discretion of management and you agree to allow us ample time to reship you a 2nd shipment at our costs if initial package does not arrive; however if detained or refused entry due to no prescription attached, we are powerless to press customs or inspectors in your country and are not responsible for delay, refused or confiscated packages.
3. You agree NO refunds will be given in any of the following circumstances:
* If order has already been shipped;
* You provide no copy of your prescription and state issued Identification to clear customs or postal inspectors;
* You provide incorrect address & MexicoPharmacy ships order to wrong address;
RETURNS POLICY
Any return must be accepted by MEXICANPHARMACY.COM.MX and our wholesaler. The costs and the risks of return are borne by the buyer. If there is no agreement, the products will remain available to the buyer for a period of 8 days and will not lead to the constitution of a credit note o refund. Any returns which are accepted by MEXICANPHARMACY.COM.MX will result in a credit note for the buyer, after verifying the quantity and the quality of the returned products.
YOU are aware that you are not permitted to return medicines to for exchange or a refund.
If a return and refund is approved; You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
