HOW TO ORDER ONLINE -

New Customers:

Simple Steps for Submitting Online Order

  1. FIND YOUR MEDICINE - USING THE SEARCH TOOL

  2. ADD YOUR MEDICINE  TO THE SHOPPING CART

  3. CREATE AN ACCOUNT 

  4. CLICK THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON

  5. ENTER BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS

  6. ANSWER ALL HEALTH QUESTIONS

  7. YOUR ORDER WILL BE REVIEWED BY A LICENSED PHYSICIAN

  8. CLICK "GET SHIPPING RATES" BUTTON

  9. CLICK "CONTINUE" BUTTON

  10. SELECT PAYMENT OPTION (C-Card, Alt.Payment Option or Bank Transfer)
  11. CLICK PURCHASE or COMPLETE BUTTON
UPON COMPLETION; A MESSAGE "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SENT" will appear.
Your order will automatically be submitted for doctor script approval, then onto the payment module for payment processing, then onto the pharmacist for dispensing. You will also see an order confirmattion screen with an Order ID/Number; you should record and print for your records.

Existing Customers:

If you are an Existing Customer who has ordered through our website before, simply search for your medications using our drug search tool and add them to your shopping cart. Once your items have been added to your cart, simply click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. You will be asked to log into your existing account using your username/password. Once logged in, the checkout process can be completed within minutes and upon completion your order will automatically be submitted to us.

5 Simple Steps to Submitting Your Online Order:

  1. Search for your medications using our Drug Search tool found on the top left of each page.
  2. Add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘ADD TO CART OR BUY’ button to the right of each drug
  3. Once you’ve added all your items into your shopping cart, complete your order by clicking on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
  4. At this point, you will be taken to an Account Sign-In or Creation screen. Since you are an Existing Customer with an account, you will simply need to enter your Username and Password to log into your existing account so that you may continue with completing your order. If you do not remember your username/password, please contact customer support at INFO@MEXICANPHARMACY.COM.MX and a representative can assist you.
  5. Once logged in, complete the forms/questionnaires that follow. Once completed, your order will automatically be submitted to us for processing. You will also see an Order Confirmation Screen confirming your order with an Order Confirmation Number(s), which you can record or print for your records.

    If you are ordering refills for prescriptions we already have on file, you do NOT need to send us the prescription again (unless it has expired).
TO OBTAIN AN OFFICIAL QUOTE; YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED GUEST WITHIN OUR SITE.  Most items are open to public access without any registration necessary. Just click on the menu selection located at the left and view.

  Remember, if you see this image next to an item, you will have to provide a faxed or emailed copy of the original issued prescription as issued from your country's licensed health physician.  OTC (over-the-counter) Products do not require prescriptions.
