Q. What is the Policy of MexicoPharmacy.mx on Terms of Sale?
A. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Sale") related to the services and sales as between MexicoPharmacy.mx and the authorized dispensing Pharmacy (if required) and you the "Customer" of the products and services of and for the "Products" offered for sale by the Pharmacy. By accepting delivery of the Products described on a Purchase-Order, Pro-Forma-Invoice, Quote or "Order" the Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms of Sale.

Q. What is the Return Policy of MexicoPharmacy.mx ?
A. Under normal Health Agency law, we are not able to accept a return of your medications for refunds, credits or partial credits. That is the Federal Health Law here, however if there are damages to the product or the product does not arrive after a re-shipment, then No hassle we'll refund. We will however not refund or credit any order that has been shipped and no one there to receive, if returned by the local shipping compnay or postal service, then we cannot refund or creidit. To authorize a return (if product damged or mising items) please email us at: help@mexicanpharmacy.com.mx for instructions on how to return the product and receive authorization for a credit of your prescription medicine.
After your medications are received at our returns depot, you will be issued a credit to your account equal to the amount spent initially less the shipping to and return.

Q. What is the Shipping Policy & Cost of Shipping Fee from MexicoPharmacy.mx ?
A. Shipping Globally: Standard Shipping $12.50, FedEx/UPS/DHL may be available for some items if you agree to provide your American Script and copy of your passport in addition a fee of $32.00 USD
All orders qualify for Standard Shipping worldwide with an average delivery time of 6 to 8 days for addresses within the continental USA & Canada; allow 10 to 12 days for South America, Europe & Asian countries.
With these Express tracked services (FedEx, UPS, DHl & Commercial AirExpress) depending on your product's destination, the average delivery time is approximately 3 days. Even though we use the overnight shipment option it usually spends 24 hours in customs, prior to release. Therefore if you select this Express route your order will be issued a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipping progress globally, which of course we will send to you the tracking number via email.

Q. What is the Ordering Policy for MexicoPharmacy.mx ?
A. If you are a New Customer, simply search for your medications using our search tool and add them to your shopping cart. Once your items have been added to your cart, simply click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. Since you are a New Customer, you will be asked to create an account. Once created, the checkout process can be completed within minutes and upon completion your order will automatically be submitted for doctor review and script approval then onto payment processing. If paying by credit-card you will receive two (2) e-mails; the first is the detailed invoice of your ordered items and the 2nd e-mail will include "ONLY" the total amount of your purchase and your invoice number. Q. What is the Recall Policy of MexicoPharmacy.mx ?
A. Within 24 hours of receiving a notification of a recall notice from a manufacturer or supplier, MexicoPharmacy.mx will review all client lists and send out a mass email to all clients that may have purchased that specific dose and form of medicine, advising them of any such update, notice, or in the worse case; a recall.
