Why do some drugs we order have different names when supplied from your company?
This is due to pharmaceutical companies and their marketing of specific items in specific countries. This applies to specific brand names registered by each manufacturer in a specific country. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names to differ their markets. Do not let that deter you, these medications have the same active ingredients and produced under the same exact specifications as their American counterpart drugs in North America. Some drugs may look slightly different and have a different trade name and may have different packaging; but they are exact. Can you imagine the outcry if the World Health Organization discovered that manufacturers were producing an inferior product for countries outside of North America!
Is this legal?
It is legal to order medicines from Mexico and elsewhere if you have a legitimate need and a medical, prescription issued to you. All products we sell are classified as pharmaceutical prescription drugs; (controlled and non-controlled) within Mexico. Products are approved by the Mexican Health Agency (SSA), Food & Drugs Administration Act (FDA of the USA), EULA, European Health Agency & the MHRA of the United Kingdom.

What is a Generic Medicine?
A generic medication has the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, directions, performance and intended use as its Brand-name counterpart. However, before generics are made available on the open market, the generic manufacturer must prove it has the same active ingredients as the brand-name patent held medicine and must work as effectively.
Drug manufacturers hold patents on brand-name drugs they produce and sell. When the patent on their drugs expire, a different pharmaceutical company can then legally manufacture that patented medicine as a generic or as a legal copy of the brand-name drug and sell it at substantial discounts under a different name. The differences between generics and their brand-name counterparts are; Generics are less expensive and may look slightly different (eg. different shape, different color & different packaging). However just as effective or better!
Why are Generics less expensive?
Because generic manufacturers do not invest large sums of capital to invent a specific molecule/drug and cover the expenses for FDA approvals, as the patented brand name medication it is copying. Current trademark laws prevent a generic from looking exactly like the brand-name medication it is copying, thus the differences in appearence.
What is your refund policy?

Which Pharmacy will fill my Prescription Order?
Most orders are dispensed from our main facility in Mexico or Panama; however it may also be dispensed by our London or American cotracted pharmacy. Depending on the medication you order, that dictates the products sourced location; it may be dispensed from an American, European or EuroAsian pharmacy. You will be advised of the dispensing entity and as all locations are licensed pharmacies in their own right or distributors operating under properly issued government Licences in their respective countries.
Although the "PRESCRIPTION DRUG" you order may be available in various names and forms from different countries or regions, the "PRESCRIPTION DRUG" you receive will be of the exact same quality regardless of where in the world this "PRESCRIPTON DRUG" is shipped from. The different "PRESCRIPTION DRUG" prices simply reflect what the manufacturers charge in that region of the world for that same medication. Each pharmacy ships "PRESCRIPTION DRUGS" world-wide so place your order today.
What can I import and what I can't?
That depends on your respective countries importing guidelines, if you have a prescription or permit allowing the ordered goods, then you won't have an issue. Of course if you attempt to order Schedule I controlled drugs without the proper import permit, then these are illegal to import (i.e. heroin, marijuana, opium) Customs or the FDA will restrict certain imports if banned in your respective country or if deemed unsafe by the respective health agency; but often these restrictions are arbitrarily enforced. Ordering of medications should always be accompanied by the proper import documents.
How can I be sure that the medication I order will contain the same ingredients that I receive from my local pharmacy supplier now?
We inspect all our contracted pharmacy suppliers to ensure compliance on all pharmaceutical aspects that must adhere to our strict guidelines of only approved medications that are approved by their respective Health or Sanitary Drug agencies. Many American drugs are produced and manufactured in countries like Puerto Rico, India & Mexico for export back into the USA. These are the same suppliers to our pharmaceutical entities globally; and are either "FDA, MHRA, W.H.O. or EULA Approved". IF YOU EVER RECEIVE ANY NON-ACCEPTABLE DRUGS - ADVISE US IMMEDIATLY!
What Do I Do, If My Drugs Don't Arrive?
If your order does not arrive, we ask that you send an Email with the wording "MISSING ORDER" and your order number in the subject line to us at: help@mexicanpharmacy.com.mx When we receive this advice, we will begin a trace of this order and advise claims for a re-shipment or refund/credit.
What countries are you able to deliver medicines and prescription drugs into?
We are able to ship our prescription services to most countries, however some countries have their own importing rules as outlined by their respective health authority and customs. For example; we cannot ship into North Korea or the Russian Federation countries. Import Authorization may be required for those countries by their health agencies. Prescription orders are able to enter into almost any country, provided the proper prescription/document accompanies the order
