Why do some drugs we order have different names when supplied from your company?
This is because most large pharmaceutical companies {Big-Pharma} do not want buyers to find out about the same product being sold elsewhere at a lower price. This applies to specific brand names registered by each manufacturer in each specific country. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names to differ their markets, however these medications have the same active ingredients and are produced under the same exact specifications as American drugs in North America. Some drugs may look slightly different and have a different trade name and may have different packaging.

Do I need a prescription?
Yes and NO, (unless you are buying controlled drugs here in Mexico) All products sold are classified as non-controlled medicine within Mexico (meaning you can walk into any of our pharmacies and buy our products without a prescription). When ordering from MexicoPharmacy.mx you are agreeing that you are purchasing medicine for your own personal use.  MexicoPharmacy has pharmacist on staff and will attempt to answer product questions, but never offer medical advice and we state through-out the website that you must be familiar with and have a safe history with the products you purchase prior to ordering.

It is legal to order medicines from Mexico, and have them shipped to you as long as you are ordering medicine for your own personal use. All products we sell are classified as non-controlled within Mexico, and those that are listed as controlled items are for re-sale only within Mexico with a prescription. Products are approved by the Mexican Health Agency (SSA), Food & Drugs Administration Act (FDA of the USA), EULA, European Health Agency & or the MHRA of the United Kingdom; some generics are shipped from our Euro-Asia affiliate pharmacy.

It is important to understand how products are shipped and arrive to you.  Don't confuse us and think that we are running over the border from the United States into Mexico and purchasing medicine and then carrying it back across the border to put it in the mail to our customers. THAT IS ILLEGAL.  Most products are sent from our pharmacy within Mexico and or the United Kingdom. All products must past customs and are available for inspection by customs. The return label on the package you receive is the exact location of where it is being sent from. If you have further questions or concerns about legalities please check with your government agencies. If sent via FedEx we will require copy of passport and an American doctor issued script.

Do I get charged a shipping charge for each prescription I Order?
Some prescription drugs have different shipping rates as they may be shipped from various locations, however most are shipped at a flat fee of $12.50 regardless if an order is for one or two items. Providing the combined weight does not exceed 350 grams and or; Unless each drug is shipped from different dispensing pharmacy in which a sepearate shipping fee will apply to each ordered medicine.

We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX), DINARS CLUB INTL., JCB, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO & VISA CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS.

Or you may pay using an alternative payment option on our site, EFT-Bank transfer or check-debit from your checking account.  Contact us with any questions regarding payment.

What is a Generic Medicine?
A generic medication has the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, directions, performance and intended use as its Brand-name counterpart. However, before generics are made available on the open market, the generic manufacturer must prove it has the same active ingredients as the brand-name patent held medicine and must work as effectively.

Drug manufacturers hold patents on brand-name drugs they produce and sell. When the patent on their drugs expire, a different pharmaceutical company can then legally manufacture that patented medicine as a generic or as a legal copy of the brand-name drug and sell it at substantial discounts under a different name.

The differences between generics and their brand-name counterparts are; Generics are less expensive and may look slightly different (eg. different shape, different color & different packaging). However just as effective or better!

Why are Generics less expensive? Because generic manufacturers do not invest large sums of capital to invent a specific molecule/drug and cover the expenses for FDA approvals, as the patented brand name medication it is copying.  Current trademark laws prevent a generic from looking exactly like the brand-name medication it is copying, thus the differences in appearence.

As is local custom; all products once shipped are non-returnable under our governmental health laws. However if the package arrives damged or appears to have been opened,  contact us and we'll seek a solution. On the rare occassions that product is missing, we will re-ship your package for an additional shipping fee of $12.50 hoewver only if you contact us in ample time. Which Pharmacy will fill my Prescription Order?
Depending on which medication you order. It may be dispensed from our Mexican pharmacy or from our European pharmacy in London; or in some instances it may be dispensed by a contracted pharmacy in Euro-Asia or even the USA.  It all depends on the molecule ordered. If on rare occassions we are not able to dispense from the previosly mentioned pharmacies, we will contact  you to inform.  All these locations are licensed pharmcies &  alchmest/pharmacist/chemist operating under properly issued government Licences in their respective countries.

Although the "PRESCRIPTION DRUG" you order may be available in various names and forms from different countries or regions, the "PRESCRIPTION DRUG" you receive will be of the exact same quality regardless of where in the world this "PRESCRIPTON DRUG"  is shipped from. The different "PRESCRIPTION DRUG" prices simply reflect what the manufacturers charge in that region of the world for that same medication. Each pharmacy ships "PRESCRIPTION DRUGS" world-wide so place your order today.

What can I import and what I can't?

Importing most prescription drugs available in a 90 day supply has no legal repercussions. Of course, if you attempt to order Schedule I controlled drugs, these are illegal to import (i.e. heroin, marijuana, opium) Customs and FDA policy may restrict certain imports if banned in the USA or deemed unsafe by the FDA; but often these restrictions are arbitrarily enforced. Ordering of medications should be for personal medical use and no more then a 90 day supply (FDA rules)

How can I be sure that the medication I order will contain the same ingredients that I receive from my pharmacy now?
We inspect all our contracted pharmacies to ensure compliance on all pharmaceutical aspects that must adhere to our strict  guidelines of only approved medications that are approved by their respective Health or Sanitary Drug agencies.  Many American drugs are produced and manufactured in countries like Puerto Rico, India & Mexico for export back into the USA. There are the same suppliers to our pharmaceutical entities around the globe. Either "FDA, MHRA, W.H.O. or EULA Approved Facilities".  "Brand" or "Generic" meds.

What Do I Do, If My Drugs Don't Arrive?
If after 15 days your order does not arrive, we ask that you send an Email with the wording  MISSING ORDER"  and your order number in the subject line to us at: pharmacist@mexicanpharmacy.com.mx  When we receive this advice, we will begin a trace of this order; and if not found we will give you the option of either a re-shipment or a full refund/credit.

What countries are you able to deliver prescriptions into?
We are able to ship our prescription services to most countries, however some countries have their own importing rules as outlined by their respective health authority and customs. For example; we cannot ship into Iran, North Korea or the Russian Federation countries. Import Authorization may be required for those countries by their health agencies.
Prescription orders are able to enter into almost any country, provided the proper prescription/document accompanies the order.
