Import Rules Regarding Personal Medicine Orders:

Current FDA policy is not a law or a regulation, but serves as guidance for FDA personnel.

The importation of certain unapproved prescription medications for personal use may be allowed in some circumstances where these factors apply:

1). The Drug is for personal use and is a 3-month supply or less and not for resale or commercialization.

2). If no drug commercialization or drug promotion to U.S. residents by pharmacy companies involved in the distribution of the necessary drug exists.

3). If an individual seeking to import the drug affirms in writing, that it is for the patient's private use and provides the name and address of the licensed American physician responsible for treatment.

4). Provides evidence that the drug is for continuation of a treatment begun in a foreign country.

5). The intended use is for a serious condition for which effective treatment may not be available domestically.

6). If the product is not considered to represent an unreasonable health issue.

7). Overnite FedEx shipments require copy of your identification and the prescription.

Credit Card Fraud and Chargebacks

MexicanPharmacy.com.mx does not tolerate credit card fraud. No expense will be spared and all fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.

MEXICANPHARMACY considers illegitimate credit card charge-backs to be fraud if you made no reasonable effort to notify us that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter.

A simple phone call, email or letter normally resolves any misunderstandings. All frivolous charge backs not only costs our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but costs us money, therefore:

You agree that by conducting business with MEXICANPHARMACY.COM.MX that any legal action resulting from any transaction will be guided by the laws of and take place in MEXICO; and You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach

Conviction on Credit Card Fraud Carries Penalties of 10 Years Imprisonment and/or a $10,000 Fine! U.S.C. Title 18, Section 3056, Subsection (b), specifically authorizes the United States Secret Service to detect and arrest any person who violates federal criminal laws relating to credit card fraud and related activity in connection with computers and/or access devices. Including illegitimate chargbacks.

Credit Card Chargeback Policy

A "chargeback" occurs when a customer disputes a credit card charge. A fraudulent chargeback occurs when a customer attempts to dispute a charge for merchandise or services that they have actually purchased. Attempting to dispute a valid credit card charge is fraudulent and is illegal.

MEXICOPHARMACY.mx does not tolerate chargeback fraud, and we follow the following procedure when it takes place:

1. If you attempt to dispute or deny a valid charge, we will first contact you directly, because most disputed charges occur as a result of the customer not recognizing our charge on their statement. You will have ten (10) calendar days to reverse your dispute upon receipt of mail or our e-mail.

2. If you do not reverse the dispute or otherwise attempt to resolve the situation, we will file a police report with your local authorities and seek criminal charges against you.

3. Your account will be turned over to a collection agency, which will initiate collection activities as well as report your account as delinquent to all of the major credit bureaus.

4. If you still do not resolve the situation by either reversing the dispute or reimbursing us for the amount disputed plus our bank fees, we will file a civil lawsuit against you for the amount disputed, for bank fees related to the chargeback, for additional damages for the harm your chargeback causes to our merchant credit record, and for punitive damages as the courts do not take credit card fraud lightly.

5. Chargeback
5.1 If you purchase electronic money using your credit card or though your bank account and then authorize a payment to a Merchant or other Member of the funds issued to your Account in exchange, you will not charge back, cancel or de-authorize the credit card or bank account charge. Without limiting our rights or remedies, if you do charge back, cancel or de-authorize your credit card or bank account charge in such circumstances, you are responsible for refunding the payment. We may, at our discretion, recover the amount by reducing your Account balance, re-charging your credit card or bank account for the amount or otherwise collecting such amount from you.

By submitting an online order that utilizes my credit card account(s) via http://www.MexicanPharmacy.com.mx or respective parent company, credit card merchant or or credit-card processors, along with the additional information normally requested, I am authorizing and fully acknowledging the following:

   1.
