If you receive no e-mail confirmation; your order was not approved & thus canceled.

If the doctor determines the symptoms given by a patient cannot be effectively treated by the medication requested, the prescription request is denied and the order will be canceled. If the order is canceled, you pay nothing and owe nothing. If the doctor determines the symptoms given by patient can be effectively treated by the medication requested, the prescription is sent to the pharmacy for dispensing/fulfillment; 1 day should be allowed for the Medical Review process.

The prescription will arrive in the pharmacy with the status of “CC-APPROVED” and will wait in line next to other prescriptions just like a real pharmacy. After the prescription is  dispensed, the order will receive the status of “SHIPPED or COMPLETED”. 48 hours should be allowed for the Pharmacy Review process.

Remaining time until the medication arrives to the shipped address you specified, depends on the shipping carrier chosen. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by shipping carriers, however we do urge you to call us if your package does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time or if it arrives damaged, opened or there is a problem with the contents. We will work diligently with the carrier to resolve any problems that have occurred during the shipping process.

All orders dispensed only after payment, doctor review and prescription issuance.
